Ease of Access

Don't settle for less when it comes to risk

“The most important criteria for a non power user, such as myself is reliability. I need access to my emails and files seamlessly and without any interruptions when I need them and wherever I am.

We have all seen what happens to productivity when a network goes down; people wander the halls aimlessly. While we have not gone shopping for another network provider, the service provided by NIRIX continues to be good value to us because of the reliability they have demonstrated.

We here at fRI have found the services provided by NIRIX to be extremely reliable. With one rare exception, we have had largely uninterrupted access to our network. I have been able to access my desktop from virtually anywhere, using my laptop and a wifi connection. I have had no issues getting assistance from the help desk whenever I needed it, which was very infrequent. In addition, we don’t devote very much time to technical issues related to running a network; NIRIX does all that for us. Our GIS program is also run by NIRIX and with all our data and processing, we have had very few issues. Please keep in mind that I am not a sophisticated computer user; I need to turn it on to access my emails and files. The service provided by NIRIX allows me this ease of access.”
