“You get what you pay for! The price to me includes the after sale. I am an administrator without a lot of technical background. When I call for support from invoice questions, new user accounts and technical support I have the answers I need right then and there so I can continue with what I am doing and not waiting for someone else. I am not directed to people I haven’t dealt with before and I have a great working relationship with my sales rep and did from the start. That is worth the price difference in saving my time and limited tech knowledge.
The benefits to this system are reliability and accessibility. I no longer have to be in my office, tied to my desk to help my clients. I have great retrieval of all my emails at any time. I can log on from anywhere I choose and now have the ability to use it with other devices which has improved my productivity. I have yet to have any interruption to our service and find the system extremely reliable.”
