Support and Service Levels

Standard 8AM – 5PM technical support is provided as part of your service subscription. Support covers all Nirix provided and managed equipment.

Phone and email troubleshooting

Contact our knowledgeable and friendly HelpDesk support teams for assistance with any issues you may have with our service. Most issues can be resolved over the phone or through remote sessions.

Online ticket management system

You have full access to a Self-Service online ticketing system to submit any support request you may have. You can track and see the status of your tickets around the clock!

Onsite technical support for local hardware and software

If hardware are determined to be the cause of an failure, Nirix technical support staff will be dispatched to replace the failed hardware (if applicable).
