RENEWAL & CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ THESE RENEWALL AND CANCELLATION POLICIES VERY CAREFULLY.
THESE POLICIES APPLY TO ANY AND ALL PURCHASES OF HOSTED SERVICES BY YOU ("CLIENT") FROM NIRIX INC.
("NIRIX TECHNOLOGY").
BY PLACING AN ORDER ON NIRIX TECHNOLOGY'S WEBSITE (THE "SITE") OR, IF CLIENT PLACED AN ORDER BY OTHER MEANS, BY
ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED IN NIRIX TECHNOLOGY'S INVOICE OR OTHER NIRIX TECHNOLOGY
DOCUMENTATION, CLIENT ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, UNLESS CLIENT AND NIRIX
TECHNOLOGY HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE, IN WHICH CASE SUCH AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN.
HOSTED SERVICES RENEWAL POLICY
When Client purchases a monthly Hosted Service from Nirix Technology online, the monthly Service will automatically
be renewed upon reaching the expiration date. The expiration date of Client’s Service is 30 days from the date Client
initially signed up for Client’s service, with the exception of it Client signed up on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the
month, the expiration date is the 28th of the following month. For example, if Client signed up for service on the 7th
of the month, Client’s expiration date would be on the 7th of the following month, but if Client signed up for service
on the 30th of the month, Client’s expiration date would be on the 28th of the following month. Unless Client contacts
Nirix at (780) 414-1556 to cancel Client’s plan, Nirix will automatically renew Client’s plan on a monthly basis for a
period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Any monthly Service that is up for renewal will have payment taken from the
Payment Method Client has on file with Nirix, at Nirix's then current rates. Thus, if Client has chosen to subscribe to
a monthly Service, Nirix will automatically renew it on a month-to-month basis for one year. Monthly Hosted Service
renewals will be non refundable. If for any reason Nirix is not able to take the payment from the Payment Method Client
has on file, and Client fails to respond to our notices, Client’s Service will cancelled. It is Client’s responsibility
to keep Client’s Payment Method information current, which includes the expiration date if Client is using a credit card.
Client agrees that Nirix will not be responsible for cancelled Services that Client fails to renew, either automatically
or manually. In any case, if Client fails to renew Client’s Service in a timely fashion, additional charges may apply.
When Client purchases, in advance, a full year of Hosted Services from Nirix Technology online, there will be a full
one-time charge and the service will not automatically renew. Yearly Hosted Services are non-refundable. Client
agrees that Nirix will not be responsible for cancelled Services that Client fails to renew, either automatically or
manually. In any case, if Client fails to renew Client’s Service in a timely fashion, additional charges may apply.
HOSTED SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY
Hosted Services purchased online are non-refundable. Hosted Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis
unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of
service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be made.
If at any point Client wish to cancel Client’s Hosted Service plan,
Client may do so by contacting the Nirix HelpDesk at (780) 414-1556. Client’s plan will be cancelled 30 days from
Client’s next expiration date. For example, if Client’s expiration date is on the 7th of the month and Client cancelled
Client’s plan on the 20th of June, Client will be billed and the Service accessible until 7th of August.
