As NIRIX grows, we are always looking for friendly, technically-savvy Field Agents to join us! It’s a full-time, Edmonton based position, and you might just be a perfect fit. You’ll know it if you’re your family’s first call for support, and you are known for being helpful, patient, and awesome, particularly when it comes to explaining complicated things in a way that anyone can understand.
We love our customers, and we want to make sure they love their support experience. You’ll be the onsite presence for NIRIX, helping our customers know we have their onsite needs covered.

What you’ll do…
Provide professional onsite technical support at customer’s sites on tickets assigned to you by our CustomerCare support team.
Deploy hardware and software solutions at customer offices.
Consistently and accurately update tickets assigned to you.
Consistently communicate and update the customer for tickets that you are working on.
Rollout new desktops, servers, and network devices based on NIRIX’s standard builds.
Perform quality assurance (QA) testing of all devices being rolled out to customer’s sites based on NIRIX’s internal QA procedure and testing methodology.
Create and update “How to” guides.

are willing to make multiple trips to customers’s sites.
have a valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract for the lat 5 years.
