The NIRIX CustomerCare Program is a comprehensive technical support service for all of NIRIX’s advanced Cloud Computing-based services.  Affordable, professional, and comprehensive technical support is provided over the phone, through the web, and remotely by a dedicated technical support team.  For SMB services customers, NIRIX provides CustomerCare SMB.  We have our customers covered!

CustomerCare – SMB is an additional technical support service available only for SMB Editions, packaged and sold per incident. This support can be purchased at the time of call.
