
MANAGED BACKUP - LOGGING INTO THE PORTAL

Before you can start backing up data to Nirix Technology’s Remote Backup Server, you need to install the NirixRBA (Remote Backup Agent) onto your computer. For a free trial account, you can visit our web site and sign up for a new account.
User instructions for logging into the Nirix Managed Backup INS Client Portal
Step 1
The innovation in the Nirix Managed Backup solution is that you are able to log into the Managed Backup client portal from anywhere as long as you have access to a web browser!
To access the Nirix Managed Backup Client portal, open up a web browser and type in the address http://www.nirix.com.
You should see the portal front page similar to the one below.

Step 2
To login to the Intelligent Network Services (INS) Client Portal, type in your username and password and click the "Go" button.

NOTE: Please note that both USERNAME and your PASSWORD are case sensitive. Our system will NOT log you in if you do not type your EXACT login name with case sensitivity and your password with the correct case sensitivity.
Step 3
Once you log in, the client portal should look similar to the screen shown below.
